Neurodiversity brings unique strengths and perspectives, significantly enhancing a company’s performance and culture.

Are you ready to transform your organisation by attracting, retaining and embracing neurodiverse talent?

CIPD (2024) reported an estimated 1 in 5 employees are neurodivergent. Neuroinclusion at Work Report revealed around 30% of neurodivergent employees haven't disclosed their neurodivergence due to concerns around stigma.

Deloitte’s first Disability Inclusion @ Work 2024 survey revealed that workplace accessibility is a significant challenge for many. Respondents who had not disclosed revealed concerns about discrimination, career progression and manager perceptions of capability. 21% cited previous negative experiences after disclosing.

I am motivated by the belief that embracing neurodiversity leads to greater innovation, resilience, and organisational success. My work with a range of organisations has contributed to creating more inclusive environments where diverse thinkers can truly thrive. My work includes collaboration with universities and local authorities to promote neurodiversity awareness and best practices across educational and organisational settings.

I am dedicated to advancing neurodiversity within the workplace. Throughout my career, I have led specialist educational settings, developed effective inclusion strategies, and championed support for neurodivergent learners. With a strong foundation as a former special school headteacher and extensive expertise in special educational needs, I am equipped with both research-based knowledge and hands-on strategies to support cultural understanding of neurodivergent individuals, removing workplace barriers and positively informing leadership mindset.

I value the privilege to build new partnerships with the shared aim of optimising inclusion, maximising talent and leading through integrity, parity and understanding.
